Previous cutoff : In 2018, 200 vacancies were notified for recruitment under same post and cutoff is as below :

Normalisation : Exam pertaining for a particular post/course could be spread across multiple shifts which will have different question paper for each shift. The normalization is to be done by considering the difficulty level of each set, since the questions may be different in different sets and difficulty level of a particular set may be different from other sets.

Total shortlisting for DV/Voice test : In 2018, total 536 candidates were called for DV and Voice test against total 200 vacancies. This Means probably 2.5 times of notified vacancies will be called for DV/Voice test.
Written stage pattern for 2018 exam :
Shortlisting criteria for 2018 exam was same as advertised in current advertisement. so, written stage pattern will also be probably same as in 2018.
Test pattern in 2018 for JE(ATC) was :
1.Subject based questions on Maths and Physics : 60 Questions of 1 mark each
2. English : 20 Questions of 1 mark each
3.General intelligence : 15 Questions of 1 mark each
4.General Aptitude :15 Questions of 1 mark each
5.General Knowledge : 10 Questions of 1 mark each
Total 120 Questions of 1 mark each with no negative marking.
